Susan Thornton

Susan Thornton is the author of On Broken Glass: Loving and Losing John Gardner (Carroll & Graf Publishers, 2000). Her work has been published in The Seattle Review , Dark Fire Fiction , and The Literary Review , and anthologized in Puerto Del Sol: The Twenty-fifth Anniversary Issue, 1988 and The Best American Mystery Stories (Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, 2016) . She has been awarded fellowships from the Massachusetts and the Pennsylvania Councils on the Arts. Thornton lives and teaches in Binghamton, New York.
